Covid-19 Pandemic:

Following further guidance from the College Of Podiatry we have some good news.......

We will soon be back operating as close to "normal" as possible given the circumstances. We are hoping to start booking people in from next week, please be patient with us while we get organised (and back up to speed)!

Understandably we now have a long waiting list of people who had their appointments postponed due to the pandemic. We will be giving them priority booking before opening up the diary to anyone else. Those with high risk feet will be offered appointments first. The triage process will still be in place to ensure those who need seeing soonest are, and those who may not need to attend just yet may be asked to delay a while longer.

If you want to be notified when we have availability please call 427 4937  and request to be put on the waiting list.

Of course, if you think you need seeing urgently please let us know as we will reserve some emergency slots to help.

Some of you may not need a face to face appointment. If we can help you remotely by advising you, meaning you don't need to attend clinic, we will do so.

You will see many changes when you attend an appointment. I will do a post soon about how we will be working differently and what to expect when you attend the clinic.

Sadly until we have reduced the waiting list, and things have calmed down, we will be unable to accept any new patients onto our lists. This is so we can give our existing caseload the attention and priority they deserve.

Thank you for understanding and being so patient with us!

We also must remind you that if you are showing signs/symptoms of Covid-19, OR have been in contact with anyone known to have, or suspected of having, Covid-19, please do not attend the clinic. Self-isolate as advised in government guidelines. More information here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
