Initial Consultation £56
To enable us to get to know you, and assess your podiatry needs, all new patients and anyone who has not been to see us for over 12 months, require a longer appointment. During the initial consultation a full foot health assessment is undertaken, which includes vascular and neurological checks, & a review of your medical history / medications which may impact on your foot health. Management of your foot issue and possible available treatments will be discussed, a bespoke treatment plan agreed and any appropriate treatment required on the day will be provided.
Please note: Following assessment, we will provide as much treatment as we can, where appropriate, in the time we have available at your first appointment. However, many patients will need a course of treatment to get their feet in tip top condition, or may require ongoing podiatry intervention (which in some cases could include referrals to our musculoskeletal specialist colleague or other health & medical professionals depending on the results of our initial assessments). Not all foot health concerns can be completely addressed in one podiatry appointment. If you attend your first appointment with a severe, chronic, or complex problem, or several issues that need addressing, then treatment will be started but you may need to attend several appointments, over a short space of time, to get your foot health back to a more manageable level.
-
Podiatry Appointment £40
Follow up appointments for existing patients who have attended within the last 12 months. For the ongoing management of corns, calluses, nail care etc. NB. If it is more than 12 months since you last attended you will be booked in for the longer "Initial Consultation" appointment. This is so we can reassess your foot health, update your records and provide safe appropriate treatments.
-
Podiatry Appointment Plus £56
For existing patients only. A longer appointment for those feet who need that extra time spent on them. If you are unable to attend frequently enough, & your treatment takes longer than the standard appointment, then this "Plus" appointment is the one for you. This appointment will also be recommended for those patients with more complex needs that take longer to treat. Your podiatrist will discuss your appointment options with you at your initial consultation.
-
Extended Podiatry Appointment £70
For existing patients only. A extended appointment for those feet who need more time spent on them. Your podiatrist will discuss your appointment options with you at your initial consultation and let you know which one is most suitable to manage your foot health needs.
